Such was the sucess of January (Der H: “For one of us…”) that we’re going to do it again!

In a shocking twist nobody could possibly have seen coming, i’ve been working on four different things since the start of the new year, but Der H’s drive to continue our ZM campaign has got me painting yellow (read: black) again…
Thusly I pledge 5 Imperial Fists legion Veterans and 1 generic legion Consul.

“Destruction”
This month I have a few pledges, all related to upcoming games or events! I’m also going to try something new - painting one non-GW model/unit each month. In reality this means either Arcworlde, Bolt Action, Blood and Plunder, or Oak and Iron….tough!
Behold my Pledges for this month:
1) 10 Legion Destroyers
These boys were nearly part of January, but that was NEVER going to happen. Some annual leave this month means I might sneak these guys out!
2) 12 (TWELVE!) Clan Pestilens Skaven for Mordheim
For some reason I decided to join in with some local buddies who are heavily into fantasy. Fantasy/Old World isnt going to happen (Brother Handro: “yet….”), but a ‘low’ model count game like Mordheim might. I’ve a permanent itch for Nurgle and Skaven (Der H: “poor wording perhaps….”) so Pestilens seemed to be a good start. This gives me space to practice and, if i enjoy the game, then a Carnival of Chaos band may be on the cards…
3) Arcworlde Manticore (and finishing the base on the Briar Elk)
Arcworlde is my secret shame. I bought in hard back in the days of Battle for Troll Bridge, and continued to buy in hard with Troubles in the North, Arcworlde Second Edition, Imperials, Oruks, and their recent comic….not to mention their patreon. Alex Huntley makes some great sculpts, but i have to confess I've only played Arcworlde once in all this time…and it was about two weeks ago…
